Home of fifty-two congressional elections, voters in California could end up deciding the winner of the House Majority, especially if the 2022 election cycle ends up being close. Both parties have opportunities to flip seats. Democrats will be targeting David Valadao in the San Joaquin Valley, Michele Steel in Orange County, and Mike Garcia in Northern Los Angeles. Republicans will try to oust Katie Porter in Orange County, and Mike Levin from San Diego, while they will both be dueling it out in a battle for the open seats of the 3rd, 13th, and 15th districts.
